Email on iPod touch looks and works just like email on your computer.

When you're connected via Wi-Fi, you can get directions, find local businesses, and check traffic with Maps.

Mail
Email on iPod touch looks and works just like email on your computer.

See it All
iPod touch supports rich HTML email, so images and photos appear alongside text. And you see email attachments in their original formats, not stripped-down versions. Rotate, zoom, and pan in more than a dozen standard file and image formats, including PDF; Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; and iWork.

Access it All
Access your email from popular providers--including MobileMe, Microsoft Exchange, Yahoo! Mail, Google Gmail, and AOL--and most industry-standard IMAP and POP mail systems.

Send Fast
iPod touch recognizes email addresses in different applications. If you run across an email address on a web page or a map listing, for example, just tap it; iPod touch opens a new message and addresses it for you.

Type Smart
With its built-in dictionary, the intelligent iPod touch keyboard predicts and suggests words as you type, making it fast and easy to write email.

Maps
When you're connected via Wi-Fi, you can get directions, find local businesses, and check traffic.

Find Yourself
iPod touch finds your location using known Wi-Fi hotspots. It also finds points of interest by keyword: Search for "coffee" and iPod touch shows you every cafe nearby.

Get Directions
Just type in an address and get directions from wherever you are. View a list of turn-by-turn directions, or see a highlighted map route. You also can mark specific locations and find the best route between them.

Enjoy the View
Just like Google Maps on your computer, Maps on iPod touch lets you switch between views of Google map data, satellite images, and a hybrid of both. Multi-Touch makes the difference. Tap to zoom, pan, and change your view on the move.

See Traffic
Maps on iPod touch shows you live traffic information, indicating traffic speed along your route in easy-to-read green, red, and yellow highlights.

Calculate Simply

iPod touch now includes built-in Nike + iPod support.

Nike + iPod
Get the most out of your workout.

Tune Your Run
iPod touch now includes built-in Nike + iPod support. Just slip the Nike + iPod Sensor (available separately) into your Nike+ shoe and start your run. The sensor communicates wirelessly with your iPod touch, tracking your time, distance, and calories burned. It even gives you voice feedback on your progress.

Tune Your Cardio Workout
This feature also works with new cardio equipment available in many fitness centers. Just look for treadmills, ellipticals, stair steppers, and stationary bikes that are Nike + iPod compatible.

Sync with Nikeplus.com
When you get back to your computer, sync your iPod touch via iTunes and transfer your exercise data to nikeplus.com, where you can track your workouts, set goals, and challenge friends.

Multi-Touch
iPod touch features the same revolutionary interface as iPhone.

Glide, Flick, Pinch
Built to take full advantage of the large 3.5-inch display, the Multi-Touch touchscreen interface lets you control everything using only your fingers. So you can glide through albums with Cover Flow, flick through photos and enlarge them with a pinch, zoom in and out on a section of a web page, and control game elements precisely.

How it Works
The Multi-Touch display layers a protective shield over a capacitive panel that senses your touch using electrical fields. It then transmits that information to the LCD screen below it. iPod touch software enables the flick, tap, and pinch.

Type with the Touchscreen Keyboard
iPod touch features an intelligent touchscreen keyboard perfect for browsing the web in Safari, getting directions on a map, searching for videos on YouTube, finding music on the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store, or adding new contacts. It analyzes keystrokes to suggest words as you type and correct spelling errors automatically. And because it's software based, it changes its keys to support typing in multiple languages.

iPod touch locates nearby wireless hotspots, including protected networks.

Accelerometer
iPod touch responds to motion using a built-in accelerometer.

Responds to Movement
iPod touch detects when you rotate it from portrait to landscape, then automatically changes the contents of the display. So you immediately see the entire width of a web page, view a photo in its proper aspect ratio, or control a game using only your movements.

How it Works
The accelerometer inside iPod touch uses three elements: a silicon mass, a set of silicon springs, and an electrical current. The silicon springs measure the position of the silicon mass using the electrical current. Rotating iPod touch causes a fluctuation in the electrical current passing through the silicon springs. The accelerometer registers these fluctuations and tells iPod touch to adjust the display accordingly.

Perfect for Gaming
Accelerometer technology really shines when you play games because it immerses you in the action. It's perfect for racing games--where your entire iPod touch acts as a steering wheel--and for tap-and-tilt games like Super Monkey Ball, in which your character responds to your every movement.

Wireless
Connect iPod touch to the Internet anywhere there's a wireless network.

Connect Automatically
iPod touch locates nearby wireless hotspots, including protected networks. If you've never used a particular network, it asks you to enter a password the first time, and it remembers the password from then on. So the next time you're within range, it connects automatically.

Surf's Up
Now you can send email from a coffee shop. Surf the web at the airport. Shop for games from your couch. Browse, buy, and download music from the iTunes Wi-Fi Music Store at select Starbucks locations or other wireless hotspots in your area.

iPod touch 32gb
Although this item was recieved decently quick, it was not in proper working condition.

Thanks for an ipod with a bad headphone jack!!!

Meh, the old one was better
You can't scroll through a song! Yes, they actually removed that feature.

Why would they do that?

14 months/several updates, does not perform like it should
When I first bought my iPod Touch 32gb 2nd generation mp3 player, I was in heaven!! I just loved this device, the ease of use, all the apps available and being able to store movies and over 1600 mp3s and still have storage space, it was a dream come true.

Then came the nightmare.

With all the iTunes updates the Touch does not perform the way it should. Genius playlist caused alot of problems.

Now my touch screen doesn't respond the way it should or used to just one month after the warranty expired and after an iTunes update.

Genius playlist was turned off in iTunes, but kept searching on the touch. An error message would pop up to let me know no playlist was found...no kidding...I didn't make one nor did I intend to. Then after playing about 6 songs, the screen would go black with a white apple in the middle, just rebooted for no reason.

The battery dies faster, the touch wants to reboot if playing a song then go to touch the screen to get back on the main menu, the music just stops, the black screen appears again. The touch also shuts down without warning, I had never had this problem before. It takes longer than 10 seconds of pressing the top button and the front screen on button to get it to start up. Once the screen appears, it takes several slides of the "slide to unlock" to get to the main screen if I get there at all. At times, it just goes back to the black screen with the white apple in the middle.

Plugging into the computer with iTunes, the touch wants to go do things without even touching the screen, a certain song I have wants to pop up to go to the YouTube video, all without my touching it to do so.

Also on certain menus I try to change settings on, the screen gives you a split second to decide then changes to what it wants to. The flipping back and forth is annoying. A problem I never had until the last 3 updates.

I used iTunes to restore the device and reloaded all the apps and mp3s back to it to no avail, the problems still continue.

I spent 400.00 plus an extra 9.99 for the update to get it to function like the 3rd generation models on this device for it to last 14 months? In many ways I am beginning to believe Apple is like Microsoft, make updates with disregard to previous models, peripherals or type of equipment as long as it works for their newest products thinking "well consumers will just buy more".

I am done with Apple products and they lost a customer. Considered getting an iPad but with this crap going on with the Touch that is just over a year old, I have reconsidered.

Excellent product, used everyday
I would buy this product again and again. I use my ipod touch everyday and love the ease and convenience that the touch screen offers me. It is so easy to use and the screen is beautiful. I wish the world was wifi so I could access the internet wherver I am, but the apps and podcasts available for the device are fantastic!

iPod
Although still useful, this iPod Touch 2nd gen was a Christmas gift and is now somewhat dated.

Good Buy
I'm certainly satisfied with this Laptop, it works well and i have no complaints and yes i would recommend it to anyone

Great Product at a reasonable price
This MacBook is amazing, blazing fast speeds! Huge memory! If you have never tried an Apple before this is your product!

new and improved
I bought macbook almost 3 years ago,at a much higher price. This macbook is faster with bigger memory. My macbook was then the first OSX to ship and there have likely been improvments; however,it still outshines XP: it is that simple.Software package is technically superior in every way to MS; however, there is less of it and its limited in scope.OSX suffers from being proprietary so it will not run some apps, but Firefox is an excellent browser for these workarounds.I have never had a security issue with these browsers or their systems. Run into a dodgy site -you get plenty of warning. My Macbook stays in a pottery shop outbuilding, the airport feature sends letters, notes, charts etc. to the big MAC in the office 100 feet away without complaint.I did buy a real mouse because the fingerboard mouse tends to flicker/jump annoyingly. The white polycarbonate shell looked a bit flimsy when I bought it,but has proved its integrity over time. The keyboard/screen is simple, easy to clean and well thought out.My unit is always plugged in so no battery depletion or heating issue.

Apple MacBook MC207LL/A
Love, love, love this Mac. Light weight, holds the charge for hours.

I couldn't be happier.

What a brilliantly overpriced machine!
After much debating I finally decided to get the white unibody Macbook. I've owned it for a month now and I have to say that I do not regret the decision; however it did not come lightly. A few days after I purchased this latest version of the white macbook, new versions of the macbook pro were released with better battery life and more efficient graphic cards and processors, so that was a bummer.

I am a fairly advanced Windows/Linux/In-general-PC user, and I have never had a virus problem. I have never had computers crash or simply die on me as many other users have explained. I also have the habit of formatting and restoring my entire system at least yearly once things started getting slower. These are things that normal users who wish to use the internet and chat online with their families shouldn't have to worry about.

Pro: The macbook build quality is unmatched by any other brand out there. In my experience, the only other laptops that compare to the macbook line are the high end Sony Carbon models, which start out at $2,500.

Con: The internals of the macbook are not worth the price. A 2.2GHZ Intel core 2 duo with 2GB of ram sells for $400 in the PC world, instead of $999. You're clearly paying for brand and build quality with the macbook, not the insides.

Pro: Mac OS X starts up and shuts down in real world speed. 30 seconds to load up and about 5 seconds to shut down. The many included applications are truly easy to use, ical, address book, itunes are integral parts which you carry around in your iphone. You update your schedule on your iphone and it's automatically synced in your macbook. I have had no use for garageband, imovie, etc, so I have no opinion on them. I installed a free mac antivirus from the internet just for piece of mind, although I realize that Mac OS X is much more secure than windows. The track pad hand gestures really add to the function of the machine. It's the first time that I really prefer the mousepad to an actual mouse, and whenever I use a windows machine I feel handicapped. Mac OS X Expose is truly a benefit for multitasking, completely removing the need for a taskbar.

Con: If you know how to efficiently use Windows and understand the internals of a PC - then the extra price you're paying to have OS X is truly a waste, as you can download many pieces of software to emulate the feel of MAC Os X on a windows machine (of course, neglecting stability and security). But As I said before, I do not regret my purchase of the macbook. It is true however, that for that money I could have bought a machine with an intel i5, up to 6GB of ram, a 512 MB Video card, and 500 GB hard drive from various vendors. I still use windows on the macbook via Bootcamp as there are some applications which have no equivalent on the MAC side. Mac lovers may say what they will, but that is a fact.

I will update this review the more I use and learn from this machine, but I must complain about some things which apple for one reason or another will not address. For such a steep price, I do not see a reason why such a brilliantly designed laptop will not include an HDMI port, 3 USB ports instead of two, separate lines of audio and mic, firewire, memory card readers, etc... Every cheap plastic $200 netbook out there include some if not all of these features...

updates:

* I hate the "intelligent" windows resizing built into MAC OS X. When you click to maximize a window, then that window should in fact MAXimize all the way.

* I miss the delete button present in every other laptop, and I also miss the ability to delete files by simply pressing "delete."

* Itunes is not DLNA compliant so I cannot stream my media to my living room box without first installing another application. Get serious. An app as big as itunes should have this feature built in. Even terrible Windows Media player does this.

* Battery life is impressive. Video watching will last for about 3 hours. Web surfing will last for 5. And doing school work - microsoft work, excel, etc will last for up to 8 hours.

* The charger is a work of art. It is magnetized so that if someone trips on the cord the laptop does not go flying.

* Led-screen is really bright and vivid, you'll never use it all the way when in battery power, which means more juice out of the battery.

A must read
After owning the TV for the last six month I got a big white bar right in the middle of the TV. Samsung will not replace the TV; the only thing is that they will fix it. The repair center will make you jump through so many hoops in order to get to what you want first, they call me ask again for the, serial number, model number, version number, and the receipt. Well I went home gave them the information but then they said if your TV on the wall you need to take down, they will not touch it is on the wall. How am I gonna get the TV off the wall. So much work just to fix it. BE AWARE of bad customer service from Samsung.

I paid a lot of money for a crap TV and service; I am stupid for trusting Samsung. Will never happen again.

I PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG UN55C6300 ABOUT 3 WEEKS AGO AND I AM MORE THAN THRILLED! THIS PICTURE AND SOUND QUALITY ARE BEYOND MY EXPECTATIONS! THEN I CAME ACROSS THIS B8000 LED THAT WAS EMAILED TO ME FROM AMAZON AND WHEN I SAW HOW COSTLY IT WAS, I WANTED TO CHECK AND SEE WHY. NEEDLESS TO SAY I WANTED TO WRITE A REVIEW TO AWARE CUSTOMERS THAT THE UN55C6300 THAT I PURCHASED IS THE EXACT SAME TELEVISION FOR ALOT LESS MONEY! (PAID 1799.00) THE ONLY DIFFERENCE IS THAT MINE IS 120 Hz VS. 240 Hz ON THIS ONE.... SOMETHING THE NAKED EYE CANT EVEN TELL THE DIFFERENCE :) SOOO HAPPY I MADE THE RIGHT CHOICE AFTER ALOT OF RESEARCH! JUST WANTED TO SHARE THE LOVE!

Superb picture quality
This TV has the clearest and most realistic picture I have ever seen. Now it is clear that all HD is not the same and I wasn't able to see that with my previous HDTV.

Big and Beautiful
Overall, I am really happy with the UN55B8000. It has great picture quality in colors and contrast and we're having fun with the internet feature. The TV is surprisingly thin, and came with a substantial stand (which we're not using). There are, however, a few things that keep me from giving it 5 stars.

Spotlight Effect - This is very obvious to me whenever the screen is dark or black. I can see the beams of the LED shining in from the sides. This is not a problem in scenes with any sort of complexity, especially if they're well lit.

Visible Auto Dimming - When the screen transitions from mostly light to mostly dark, the TV will dim the backlight to enhance the black levels of the dark scene. This normally happens on a camera cut, and is not visible, but when viewing a spaceship against a black backdrop it might pop if the ship takes up less than 30% of the screen.

No Keyboard Support - When watching things on Youtube, or trying to create stations in in Pandora, attaching a keyboard would really make things a lot easier. (We tried plugging one in to the USB, but it isn't supported.)

I have no other complaints about this television though, and these very very infrequently impact my experience. We've got it mounted on the wall with a big arm tilt mount, and use it frequently for movies, television, and video games.

Since this TV is so thin, you'll need to use spacers when attaching wall-mount brackets.

Amazing Picture Quality - Shame for the Widgets
I've got this TV for about a week now and its mounted up on my TV stand and looks amazing. The picture quality is beautiful and its a massive upgrade for me (Got a TV after 3 years and went from a 32"). I use a Logitech Harmony with this and my Onkyo HT 6200 with an ASROCK ION HT 330 with Media Center as a DVR. So far my family and I are enjoying this Tv. The only thing i'd like to add is that the widgets are horrible to use, so don't bother with that. The mini remote is a nice touch but we have limited use for it.

Superb, but some glitches
Had this product since October of last year. Compared it directly to the Pioneer BDP-320. Would not normally review, but buyers need to know about one thing I wish I knew prior to buying it.

Good: BDP-83 produces the most color accurate, film like picture of any blu-ray player I've seen, partly due to the lack of external processing that the player produces on the image. Some players at 1080p/24fps will produce a slightly "hot" or "contrasty" image to generate visual pop. BDP 83 avoids this. If you are looking for "HD pop," which is not really the nature of film, I would actually suggest the BDP-320, which produces an image of this type extraordinarily well through some processing. BDP-83 is more for creating a more film-like (no other way to describe it; it looks like film) viewing experience, particularly when in dark rooms (definitely recommended for this environment.)

Not Good: For months, my player was producing unnatural judder and flickering in slow panning images. It was NOT my television as I had compared the PQ with another player that did not exhibit any issues. These problems were not things I could immediately detect but absolutely confirmed when comparing it to another player (which infuriated me as I did not pay $500 dollars for a player to not play back blu-rays correctly). After MONTHS of not knowing why, I determined that installing firmware updates through USB was causing the issues, no matter which firmware I used. As soon as I burnt the firmware to a DVD and installed it that way, the player no longer produced any visual artifcats like stepping or stuttering. Just be aware that the player, while unparalleled when it works as it should, is not immune from bizarre and distracting glitches that may piss you off.

The best blu ray at the right price
This Oppo player has been reviewed thousands of times and is the best player for the price. It has great picture quality but better than that it has great audio quality that blows away my old Sony player.

Fantastic player!
Echoing all of the other reviews... Play back of Blue-ray disks is impeccable. Upconversion of DVDs is top notch. Very fast response. Love the fact that it is made by an American company. I wquld buy this again in a heart beat!

A Blu-ray Universal Player That Does Everything Well!
This was my first Blu-ray player; I deliberately waited for awhile until the technology had settled down before taking the Blu-ray plunge.

Other factors that influenced my decision to act were the inclusion of SACD, Dolby True HD, DTS Master Audio, and DVD-A decoding as well as its ability to play the usual assortment of DVD and Blu-ray discs. Playing back the new uncompressed audio formats in surround sound is a blast; I'm confident the audio engineering for these new uncompressed formats will only improve as the engineers gain more experience with the opportunities these formats provide!

I bought this machine in August of last year and am pleased to report absolutely no problems to date. One of the first things I did was to hook it up to an Ethernet network and sure enough it acquired, downloaded, and installed an update almost right away.

Let me emphasize the importance of updating this player; it is much more like a computer than the DVD players we have been using. The latest update came out on May 5, 2010 and includes some important changes. If you do not have yours connected to the web, I strongly recommend you go to the OPPO web site and download the update and the instructions for installing it. You can download it to your computer and transfer it to your player by either memory stick or disc. The player has a setup menu that gives you the choice of which you want to use.

As far as the performance of the player goes, it does a fabulous job; I have been very pleased with its performance on Blu-ray discs, DVDs, and all of the audio only media that I have.

If you are in the market to buy your first Blu-ray player, or you need to upgrade to a newer model the BDP-83 is a great choice. I recommend it highly!

PS3 just a awesome gaming system now
After a year and half of looking at reviews and reading all the hype about this player. I decided to buy this player . After six months of looking at movies all over again and new ones. I have to say that this player is by far and many, many light years ahead the BEST DAMN BLU-RAY PLAYER I HAVE EVER SEEN OR HEARD. My goodness I love OPPO. It blows away my PS3 on every level possible.

Picture more detail and brighter and the sound much cleaner. LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLAYER. By far exceeded my expectations and then some. You see much more picture I mean in Star Wars Attack of the Clones their are so many more Jedis in the picture than Before that were cut off by the Ps3. People standing on the side of the screen are now in the picture. I know this sound crazy but its true. I tried the same scene with the Ps3 same hook up and all and Boom the Jedi's were gone. The sound is mind blowing unlike the Ps3 which is just loud and no detail. Awesome up converter.

I don't care about anyone crying on here they don't see a difference. My friend bought this player not to long ago and is freaking out about the picture and sound quality. He also see stuff on the side that he never knew was there. Amazing.

My equipment just in case you are wondering. TV- PIONEER ELITE 151FD( O YEAH BABY), RECEIVER - ONKYO 875, AND THE OPPO BDP-83 BLU RAY.

Great- small HDTV
The Samsung 2333HD TV is ideal for my small apartment. Picture quality is great with an HD input. I did not know the cable came with the TV so I bought one which I did not need.

The only issue with the TV is the speakers- they are small and sound a bit 'tinnie'- i have hooked up a pair of computer speakers to the system via the headphone jack on the side of the tv and this has made the system okay.

Recommend this TV for a small space-

excellent tv plus monitor
Excellent picture and it connects easy to computer. Bought a larger Samsung tv for the living room and that encouraged me to try for this monitor. Glad I did. Fits nice on my desk. Get really good detail with video games. Amazon had a really good deal and I trust them. Really appreciate what they do to help the consumer.

Awesome Monitor
I've been using this monitor for over several months now, and I'm very pleased with it. Excellent picture, no issues, and I love the widescreen aspect. I'm running Win7 64-bit with an nVidia card.

Very versatile but don't expect amazing performance
So for $240 or $300 (The price I paid a year ago) this LCD monitor and TV is a great deal. Similar to what another reviewer said, this is perfect for small apartments or dorm rooms. I originally had this hooked up to my mac mini and everything was very crisp. I also, used this to play ps3 and Xbox. There is one side HDMI and another in the back, which is always nice. HD TV is okay, but nothing compared to a larger Samsung HDTV. TV on HD can be hit or miss and a bit grainy. The standard definition TV is a bit washed out, but what can you expect for $240 monitor. Overall the monitor/TV is very versatile. My Aunt and Uncle have one mounted in their kitchen. I just got a Sony 40" LCD so this little guy will probably be for our guest room.

My one big complaint is the sound. The sound is very tin like and isn't that loud. Secondly, although this is a Samsung, the build quality is nothing compared to a regular Samsung.

I would recommend this for any office, kitchen, small room, dorm room, or for a small gaming TV.

Oh yeah 1080P!

Great HD TV for the money
I got this for my kitchen area but I can imagine this would be great for a college student dorm/apartment too. The picture is great with DVD/PS3 and over the air HD programs. The picture is a bit soft for cable or DirecTV as compared to my older but still reliably working Samsung MP710. I decide to keep the MP710 in the kitchen and put this into my study instead. Sharp LCD monitor and the size is just right for my desktop hookup. I can watch TV and PC on the same monitor in my study. The remote takes a bit to get used to if you have other remotes but it is normal. The speaker is not loud but it works for the distance that I am sitting from it (4-5 ft.) Time will tell if it is durable as my old MP710 but it looks great in my study. It also costs less than my trusty MP710.

CustomerReviews

As advertised
I'm migrating from a Palm handheld to the iPod Touch 3g, 32gb mostly for the Wi-Fi capabilities but also due to Palm's shaky financial fortunes.

It does everything as advertised but I'm finding there's a bit more of a learning curve to the device than I anticipated.

I'm a PC user and many of the functions MUST be done via the iTunes app whether you want to use it or not. I'm finding the iTunes app to be a bit of a challenge but expect to eventually work my way thru the maze.

Have not yet been able to import my Palm Calendar, Contacts, or To-Do list over to this device but have been successful in importing most of that data from my Yahoo account which I've been using as a Palm data 'backup'.

Purchased online from Amazon.com at an excellent price (no taxes) and it arrived in 48 hours.

Am very pleased with the purchase so far.

If I could take one item to a desert island
Ipod touch 8GB is the all in one go to MP3, pocket computer, game player, video viewer etc etc.... Normally I would have chosen a Bible as my lone desert item must have, but I have 6 translations of the Bible on my 'touch. Plus survival tips on an island?, identifying unsafe fauna or taming wild boars?...there's an App for that!

Wow...I have wanted one since launch day a few years ago...and the day finally finally came to purchase one! I made it a mini goal of mine when I started weight watchers in Feb 09, that when I lost say between 75 and 90 pounds, I would get to purchase an Ipod touch. So I saved, and sacrificed and all that jazz, and purchased it March 12, 2010. I even did a little victory jig in line at the Genius Bar! And also shed a tear!

The touch screen is scary sensitive! It's like barely a finger swipe or tilt, and voila! I especially love that while in class, I can just call up on wikipedia or google, to fact check on a topic my professors are discussing.

The App store itself...you could get lost for an hour or two, just scrolling through the game section! I love all the utilities and entertainment items, and the FREE Apps! Woo!

It's beginning to feel like a third hand or arm or whatever, I use it so much. Everyone is always asking to try it out, or to quickly confirm something online...

Okay...down sides....lack of voice control, and only because It means I can't use those awesome voice change Apps where you can make your voice come out of a little puppy or kitty. No camera...not a huge deal breaker, but it would have been nice. The problem of every time I charge it on my lap top, it tries to copy all my songs to the lap top, thus making me lose precious storage space.

All in all....a definite must have must buy, and a spectacular alternative to it's big brother Ipad

Great little cover
I love this little cover. It is easy to take off to clean and slip back on. The buttons are high quality.

The Itouch review
A great product... The only thing I don't like is the battery life. If you are going to be on the Itouch for very long you will need to plug it in... I have purchased an additional battery charger (MP1550 TekCharge Mobile Power Battery Charger) that uses double "A" batteries. It has worked well so far when I am not using the outlet charger from an older Nano. If you are going to purchase an Itouch, I think you will need to purchase a charger of some type as well...

Great little device
I really like my itouch. AT&T has terrible coverage in my area so this was the next best thing. I seem to use it all the time for note taking, shopping lists, and recording my mileage for tax purposes. Most of the apps I use I've paid for. the free ones are OK, but the really good ones seem to cost something.

I wish it had a camera, but perhaps the next model will. that seems to be the only thing that I find lacking. It will be nice when they activate the wireless "n"which they say is built in but not being used.

I download my favorite tv shows and watch them and the screen resolution is really very good.

the sound - without some type of headset or accessory isn't very loud no matter what you do and the earphones that come with it don't fit my ears so I've had to buy others.

Great product. I bought the square trade warranty and used a coupon for that.

Overall? I really love my little Itouch.
